Shipping policy
READY TO SHIP ITEMS:
Shipping costs are based on the weight of the items & how many items you order.
Items are shipped within 2-5 business days after processing, unless stated otherwise in the product description. You will receive a tracking email/text when your items ship. All orders placed on Friday will usually ship out the following Monday. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Due to using multiple fulfillment warehouses, some items will ship before others, and you may get multiple packages, this is completely normal and a way to ensure I offer you the best products. Thank you for understanding!
PREORDERS ITEMS:
These items are ready for you to pre-order! We love to gauge interest and make sure we order enough of a color or style. Once the preorders close, we then place our order with our manufacturers, and it begins the production process. Items are currently taking around 8-10 weeks (10-12 during the holiday season) to complete after we place our order, and then there is the additional time needed to ship. These do not qualify for returns or exchanges.
**Please email us if your mailing address changes prior to the preorders arriving.
Please do not combine preorders and in stock items when ordering. If you combine preorders and in stock items, your items will ship separately and you may be charged additional shipping.
Note:
To avoid delays, please ensure that the shipping information is accurate. Jaylene's Boutique will not be responsible for shipping delays or returns caused by incorrect shipping information.
Jaylene's Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If you haven't received your package, yet the tracking is showing the package as delivered, please contact your local post office with your tracking number and they will assist you with opening a case with USPS, or the correct delivery service company if it was not USPS.
